The charter of Internal Audit is to review the internal controls in the company's processes and in accordance with the "internal control system", "Internal Audit Implementation Rules" and perform an internal self-assessments process audits.

Internal Audit Unit supervise internal units and subsidiaries periodically check the validity of their own internal control system annually. Internal Audit consolidates the results of the self-assessments for the CEO and the Board of Directors, to declare the statement of internal control.
The qualification of internal auditors shall annually attend the internal audit related courses and shall be supported by ongoing and prescribed hours of training.
